GFW Horizontal air classifier


    The classifier system consists of air classifiers, cyclone separators, dust collectors, induced draft fans, and electric control cabinets.The material flows with the air from the lower part of the classifier into the classifying chamber at a high speed, and the coarse and fine particles are separated by the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classifier and the centripetal force generated by the air flow.The fine particles that meet the particle size requirements are collected in the cyclone separator and the dust collector through the blade clearance of the grading wheel.The fine particles entrained by the coarse particles are thrown by the grading wheel and fall to the lower part of the classifier.The natural gas is rectified into a uniform swirling flow through the diversion chamber to further separate the fine particles mixed or adhered to the coarse particles.The separated coarse particles are discharged from the coarse material outlet at the bottom of the classifier through a rotary valve.The speed of the grading wheel is controlled by the frequency converter.

Introduction of working principle

     Classifier and cyclone separator, dust collector, induced draft fan constitute a grading system. The material under the action of the fan's pumping force moves from the lower inlet of the grader to the classification zone with the ascending airflow. Under the powerful centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbine, the coarse and fine materials are separated, and the fine particles meeting the particle size requirements are classified. The wheel blade clearance enters into the cyclone separator or the dust collecting device. The coarse particles entrain some fine particles and the velocity disappears. After falling along the wall of the cylinder to the secondary air outlet, the thick and fine particles are separated by the strong panning action of the secondary air. The particles rise to the secondary grading stage and the coarse particles fall to the discharge port.
