Introduction of working principle

Compressed air is cooled, filtered and dried,a supersonic flow is formed through the nozzle and injected into the crushing chamber,The accelerated materials meet at the junction of the jet flow of several nozzles, resulting in severe impact friction shear and particle ultrafine crushing.After crushing, the material is transported to the impeller classifying zone by the upwelling air flow, and the separation of coarse and fine powder can be realized under the action of centrifugal force of the classifying wheel and the suction force of the fan,separation of coarse powder and fine powder,The coarse powder returns to the crushing chamber according to its own gravity and continues to crush then the qualified fine powder enters the cyclone collector with the airflow. The fine dust is collected by the bag dust collector and the purified gas is discharged by the fan.
